I. ELIGIBILITY
Only students currently enrolled as High School juniors, seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students may apply for and receive Scholly’s $10,000 Summer Scholarship. Scholarships may be used only to pay tuition and mandatory fees for the academic semester in which the scholarship is awarded or the immediately following academic year, for high school students, and academic semester for college students. Individuals who are related to or affiliated with Scholly are not eligible for this scholarship.
II. APPLICATION
To apply for the scholarship, students must complete the full scholarship application at www.myscholly.com/summerscholarship and provide the scholarship selection committee with all of the information required in the application or by the committee, including, but not limited to, proof of enrollment and personal information verification. Students are not required to sign up for a Scholly account.
III. SELECTION
A selection committee, comprised of individuals selected by Scholly, will select the scholarship receipient in Sweepstakes format.
IV. TERMS
Scholly will post the scholarship application opening and deadline on its website, and applications will be due at the time indicated by the Scholly team. Applicant responses to supplemental questions from the selection committee will be due when requested by the committee.
Application submissions and supplemental question responses must be true and complete. All determinations of student eligibility, application or supplemental question completions, scholarship eligibility requirements and other matters related to award of scholarships will be made by the selection committee in its sole discretion. Scholarship program terms are subject to change and administration by Scholly.
V. LEGAL
By submitting an application, applicants consent to and authorize the selection committee to conduct such diligence as it may reasonably determine to verify information provided in or related to the student’s application or supplemental questions. This may, include, without limitation, a credit and personal history from national credit bureau databases or otherwise or the student’s financial aid applications or history.
Scholly will not share applicant responses and information, including, without limitation, email addresses and other personal information, with its advertising partners and, subject to applicable laws, for marketing or promotional purposes without the direct consent of the applicant. Scholly will endeavor to maintain the confidentiality of such information and will not be liable, and applicants release and waive all liability, in connection with any disclosure or security breach relating to such information, unless caused by Scholly’s gross negligence.
